POSITION SUMMARY: The Fundraising Services Specialist will ensure the smooth business operations of the Foundation’s major fundraising and awareness events with an emphasis on the technical/online operation, maintenance and administration of the Luminate Online fundraising platform. This includes the Luminate CMS, Advocacy, and Common Ground modules. The daily interaction, training and support of CCFA chapters and event participants are also part of this positions responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Offer guidance to the CCFA user community on the proper creation of event sites.
  • Act as the primary contact on all field questions and troubleshooting requests on the Convio and Active Platforms.
  • Manage a daily sync file between Convio and our database of record.
  • Act as liaison between 3rd party vendors and CCFA staff.
  • Provide support to the field, new user training/refresher training to the field.
  • Act as general help desk support with regard to the Convio and Active platforms.
  • Provide reports from any of the systems managed
  • On request track donations through the system and research individual donations as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities may include, website analytics, and identifying micro and macro solutions for Blackbaud’s customer relationship management (CRM).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

Specific experience in the non-for-profit industry, with in depth knowledge of the administration, troubleshooting and content maintenance of the Luminate Online Platform.

Additional experience with the Sales Force Platform is preferred, but not required.

Qualified candidate must have experience in providing technical support and supporting remote field staff.
