Issue: Joint Memberships, downloads and maintenance

I have run into an issue with the membership card side of Online Express. Not sure if anyone else who deals with the Membership form has run into this but I have noticed a bug. When we download a member who has added a joint person to the record, particularly a new member, the membership card gets screwy. For example, John and Jane Doe buy a membership. John Doe's card links to his record just fine. Now, Jane Doe gets entered into the system, but now the Joint Membership box no longer appears. This is all well and good if the Joint Member doesn't have their own constituent record.


However, if the joint person does have a constituent record, the membership does not appear on their record and now you have to delete the link membership and relink it to get it to show up on the person's record. Is their a fix for this?


Also, if the members are simply renewing, can OE simply use the info that is currently on the membership record. We have had to clean up the mess because it has changed the membership cards.


We still love the membership module, but ....
