Behavior question for the email opt-in box on donation form

--> Donation Management, then click on the Donation reports tab, and choose the "Donations by transaction" report from the drop down).  When this report has been run, you can download the results and you will see in column G the results for each donor.

To view the list of people who unsubscribed from an email delivery, you will need to navigate to Email -- Email Campaigns, then click "Manage" next to the campaign that you'd like to report on.  Once you are managing the campaign you will be able to navigate to the Reports tab for this campaign, and from the drop down list you can choose the "unusbscribe report" to see a list of contacts who have responded by unsubscribing from an email message.  Their profile as described above is also automatically updated.

  • Want two cents more?  We, too, have worried that we're encouraging opt-outs - that constituents might think that if they leave the box checked, they'll start getting double/duplicate transmittals from us.  So we came up with this phrase in the hopes of mitigatng the issue somewhat: "Yes, I would like to receive (or continue to receive) eNews from the Sacramento SPCA"  -  Steve
