Call for Higher Education Discovery Participants!

Do you work in the Alumni Relations department of a Higher Education Institution?

 

We are currently looking for participants for discovery in the area of Online Alumni Services. This will entail an initial 60 minute discovery call within the next few weeks, with the possibility of  additional 15-30 minute followups or surveys over the course of the  next few months.

 

Qualifications we're looking for:

• Works in the Alumni Relations/equivalent department within a Higher Education institution
• Has a level of understanding of your current online systems providing services to and for your alumni, such as online communities, directories, ways for alumni to engage with each other, social network integration, emailing or other (Blackbaud systems not required)
• Has a level of understanding of your what you would like out of an online system to help you serve your alumni

 

Use of a current Blackbaud online program (BBIS, BBNC, LO, Sphere) is not required.
