Any Suggestions on Parameters for Eliminating Non-active Email Addresses

Options

Does anyone have a set of criteria for removing usable but non-active email addresses for Cons. 360? Or is that a common practice? Our initial thoughts were to set up a regular (every quarter, six month, or yearly) process to remove accounts that had usable email addresses but not taken any action or opened emails. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

  • I think you could use engagement factors to rank your constituents 'activeness.' Then you could use that info to create a report (or a query?) that could then be used to add the cons to an opt-put list (via the segmentation upload,) or add them to a Do Not Email group, or mark them as not accepting email.

There is also an 'interactions' section in Report Writer that might help in getting your list on inactive cons.
