where to add code for specific page builder page A/B test

If I need to add code to see what pages convert best to two specific page builder pages that are supposed to be placed right after <head> tag and right before the </body> tag where do I do that? Those tags are in the page wrappers and if I put them there then the test for those pages won't work.
