About the Organization:  U.S.VETS is the largest veteran-specific non-profit housing and service provider in the country with 11 sites in six states and the District of Columbia.   Since its inception in 1993, U.S.VETS has engaged over 110,000 veterans, provided residential services to over 40,000 veterans and placed over 11,000 veterans into jobs.  This position would work out of the headquarters office in downtown Los Angeles.
About the Position: The CRM Technical & Reporting Analyst reports to the Vice President, Development & Marketing and works closely with the National Director, Resource Development, overseeing the daily operation of the constituent relationship management database (eTapestry).   This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial and biographical data, training staff in data and gift entry; and developing and implementing data management policies to guide data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial and analytical reports.  Responsibilities also include supporting U.S.VETS’ national and site staff in the creation of reports, queries and mailing lists; coordinating gift processing with sites; reconciling with Finance; importing data and providing support for site events including ecommerce setup.
