email interests and email flag in pagebuilder

Is there a way to pull a users email flag info and email interests onto a pagebuilder page or thank you page of an action? We've noticed with our new users there's a high percentage of people who uncheck the opt-in box to receive email from us. We thought it might be useful to try and message the user on the thank you page that they'd opted out of our email and give them one last chance to sign-up.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
