Creating Online Express Donation Form

1. We are creating our Online Donation form, but we would like to add the Appeals option (for donors to be able to choose from the appeals listed in a dropdown menu). Would we be able to do it and how?



2. We would like to add a logo on the donation form, how do we do it?

1.  You can add a list of Funds that will appear as a dropdown menu, but you can only associate one Appeal per Donation Form.  However, if you create a Donation Form for a specific appeal, put it on a specific page of your website, and include that page URL in your appeal letter/email/etc., you can then determine which appeal those donors are responding to.



Another option is to create a Gift Attribute with a table of your Appeal names, then include that Attribute in the Extras section of your OLX Donation Form Setup.  You'll have to move the information from Attribute to Appeal once you download the gifts, but if this is something you need to track, this would be the best way to do so currently (in my opinion).



2.  I don't know that you can add a logo on the actual Donation Form, but you can certainly have one appear on the Page where that Form resides.  This is our current Donation Form, and the header is carried thru from the rest of the site, not part of the OLX Donation Form at all.

Good solutions, Jennifer. As far as adding a logo, remember that the page is going directly on your site, so your site will most likekly have your header/logo. There is no way to add a image to the actual Online Express form.
