Google Adwords Ad-Linking Problem / URL Shortcuts

Options
Hey Blackbaud Community!

I'm having trouble getting ad approval from Google Adwords because of a URL problem that I can't figure out. I created a URL shortcut for a giving campaign that starts with our domain www.jccany.org . The shortcut links to the 'donation landing page', but because the url that shows up is secure2.convio.net Google won't approve the ads. The URL on the domain has to match the URL the ad leads to. So, for example, www.jccany.org/giving2015 was rejected because it links to our donation page that begins with secure2.convio.net

My first question is: Is there a way to edit permalinks instead of creating URL shortcuts in certain situations?

My second question is: Because the root URL is jccany.convio.net for the URL shortcuts, Adwords sees it as a redirect and won't allow it. Can the URL structure ever read as www.domain.org/(pagename) rather than www.domain.org/site/pageserver ? If there's a way to do that already, I definitely missed it! Thanks!
