2016 Fund Reports

I need to pull a report for 3 specific funds for an estimate of what those funds will accrue in 2016. The info will be pulled from pledges that were set up this year but the pledge payments will not start until 2016. My second report will be an estimate report based off of monthly historical data from 2015 and December of 2014 for the other restricted funds. Can anyone direct me to the right report for this?

  • For the first, if you just want to see what pledge payments are due in 2016, you can use a Past Due Report, set the dates for pledges made after (whatever date you choose) and Past Due as of 12/31/2016. You can then use the other tabs to set the funds, etc. This can also be accomplished as an expect gifts summary report on a Dashboard, if someone wants direct access to it easily. Unfortunately, I don't know of a canned report that will pull monthly giving to funds. You may need to use an export and include gift summaries for each month for each fund.
  • For payments due in 2016 I would use Reports > Pledge and Recurring Gifts reports > Cash Flow Report.  The report is designed to 'illustrate anticipated cash flow for specific times." 



    Carolyn's suggestion might work but if you have any due in 2015 not paid it will pull all past due.



    For what you have recieved in 2015/Dec 2014 I would try Financial Reports > Cash Receipts Journal or Gift Detail & Summary.  Don't know that either breaks it down by month.  If not, use report to create a output query that you can then use in Export to get the detail you need.
