I  have spoke to some people at Convio about these probelms when we were in the  middle of The Walk for Hunger this spring, but I just wanted to get them  all in one place to make it easy to see what problems we had and  whether or not they are going to change or have already changed (I may just not know about them). Questions:

Address Book Section

• Will  people be able to see their donors from years past when the register  the next year? They used to be able to and were upset when they didn't  have that ability this year.

Gifts

• We wish there was a way to shut off confirming offline gifts in the backend. We never confim offline gifts and it causes a ton of issues when people accidently confirm them in the backend (project Bread staff doing it).
• Can we have the option to not show gift amount when people (or us on the backend) enter an offline gift? Then their thermometer will go up, someone is acknowledged, but not embarrassed by their gift amount.

Teampage/Personal page

• Can the Team Page section be more like the personal page section? It was confusing that they looked/functioned differently.
• Can we have more control over the Team Page status indicators? For example, showing names without how much $ they donated. We got calls and had to turn off these indicators because people were upset or confused. They also were not able to delete the fundraising scroll.
  
• Can we allow people to change their layout? It didn't seem to be an option this year.

Participant Center

• Personialized URL - We had a lot of toruble with the personalized URL this year where even though all the URLs were release from years before and no one was using certain URLs, people were unable to use them. I had to open separate tickets each time we had this problem and someone from Convio had to release them on the backend somehow.
• When we had a reusable page in the homepage of the participant center, the "Bold" function did not work - meaning we had some text that was bold in the reusable page, but it would not show up as such within the participant center homepage when it was enbedded in it.
  
• Admin Control - Will we be able to easily put links, html, etc on the right-hand side of the participant center?

Registration

• We had some requests to have the ablity to pre-populate their registration forms after they login.
• The forgotten password option needs to be added to the Returning Participant or User Login - currently if people forget their infomation, they can only get their user name emailed to them which doesn't help if they forget their password too.
• People get really upset when after they register, donate, etc. and then they receive an email with their password and login information. They then request to have us erase their contact information from Convio entirely. Is there a way to change this?
