Welcome Email Series

I'm trying to set up a welcome email series, and I was able to create the necessary queries, but the instructions I used said I have to set up a recurring email (obviously) so these go out every week automatically. For the life of me I can't figure out how to do this - anyone know? Thank so much!!

Hi Laura,

Navigate to your email campaign summary (Email > Campaigns tab > Manage "welcome series" or whatever you are calling this campaign).

You can do this from the summary page (as well as Messages and Deliveries tabs), but I usually do it from my message tab since I set up delivery once the message has been approved.  Once you have approved your message, then click on the "Setup Recurring Delivery" on the left under the related actions section.  It will come up with all the messages eligible for recurring messages.  Click "Setup" for the message you want to set up for recurring every week.  There, you can set your recurring schedule, adjust your target and do not mail audience, and send it.

Since constituents who already received the message won't receive it again, only any new constituents picked up in your query will receive the message.
