Tribute donations not appearing in report.

Daily, I run a report in donation management under the donation report tab. There have been several donations that fall under the tributes group that also say "personal fundraising management" that never appear in the donation report, even if I specify groups. The finance team gets the money, but I am unable to see these donors unless I search for a specific amount, on a specific day in the Fundraising/Transactions search. I would only know to do this search if the amount has been brought to my attention by the finance department. Is there a way to fix this?

Please try running the Transactions report under Data Management -> Reports -> Report Writer tab or Transactions report under Data Management -> Reports -> Reports Classic. The donations reports you are running only includes transactions made to the campaign and will not include donations made while creating a fund. That is probably what you are missing.

This definitely works to show the "missing" personal fundraising amounts.

I think what I am looking for, also, is a report that generates the same information to download in Excel for these transactions.

Either of these reports should allow you to download results via Excel thru the CSV file. Go to Report Results and click on the Download link.
