Need Original Snippet for form to subscribe to eNewsletter

Can anyone tell me where I can find the snippet of code to give my website people for the form to subscribe to the eNewsletter? I'm not sure it was ever up on the site. I looked under Library>URL Shortcuts and I saw an email error and an email submit. Is the email submit the snippet?

For others reading this post, as part of the Go! configuration, we set up a page called "convio_snippets".  You can visit this page by putting your Convio shortname in place of SHORTNAME  in this URL:
