When does the ENewsletter Run?

Our content for the eNewsletter is due on the 23rd. A couple of questions:

1. Is there a certain time that we need to submit by?
2. When will the post be sent out to our list?

One of my colleagues here at Convio forwarded this post to me. In the future, make sure you post the Go! section so I'm notified of your questions. :-)

Your guide is due by the end of the day. Once you submit the guide, Convio requires 5 business days to produce the email. Then, we'll send you a test message. You take the time you need to review and send us back one list of edits. We need a day to make those edits. With your final approval we can send the message on the date you choose.

If you need your message to go out on a specific day, always submit at least 1 week ahead of time so that we have the time to produce the message and you have time to review and approve.
