How do I use URL shortcuts for donor pages on my site?

I have reset my URL shortcut to my new, revised donor form.

But I think that my various outbound e-mail messages may have simply linked to the long URL from the first donor page.

Do I have to change each of them, or can I shift it to the URL shortcut?

Hi Dave,

If the donation links in your emails are pointing to the long URL, then you will need to edit the messages and update the links.  I recommend updating the links to point to your URL shortcut. That way, if you ever update the URL shortcut again in the future you will not have to edit the email messages. Since you have some recurring messages set up (i.e. Welcome Series and Care2 welcome series), you will need to return the messages to draft, edit them to edit the donate links and then reschedule the recurring deliveries.  Here is a post that walks you step-by-step how to do that: http://community.customer.convio.com/message/9356#9356
