Are transaction receipts maintained in Convio?

--> Transactions and then using the transaction finder, you can find their transaction along with the details (there are also several action links such as a link to process a refund.  This means that if a user asks you for a copy of the receipt you will need to create a receipt offline and send that to them (you can include the details of the transaction from the transaction info page).

It is important to note that Convio can be set up to include PDF receipts -- PDF receipts are not set up by default for your transactions (there are extra costs to have PDF receipts created for your site).  If you do have PDF receipts enabled on your site, then you will be able to access the PDF receipt of the transaction from the transaction finder following the steps above.
