What is the intended purpose of the "Convio Support Community" section?

It seems to collect an assortment of random questions that would be better classified under some more relevant subject, as people post anything and everything here. (perhaps in hopes of having an "official" support answer?)

Would it be possible to do away for this section if there isn't a compelling reason for it's being? Or make it clear what actually belongs here? Or move/reclassify discussions to where they belong once they are answered? I'd really love to see more activity and communication happening here among the community, and I wonder if a better taxonomy of subects might help foster that.

I don't mean to criticize...there is definately some great material in here, and a number of fabulous users, both from Convio and clients, who will almost always chime in with some good input. But given the size of this community, it seems a little slow in here compared to many others.
