Interest opt-in

Hello:

Something seems to have changed in the interest field within the constituent 360 records. Previously, when I clicked on "interests," a list of interest categroeis appeared either checked or unchecked. I could then manually uncheck someone that wanted to unsubscribe. There doesn't seem to be a list anymore. How do I manually opt someone out of an interest category within their C360 record now?

Hey Nancy,

You should still be able to see a list of your interests on that page.  Go ahead and put in a Support ticket so that the technical support team can dig into what could be causing this on your site.
