Survey - Opinion Poll - Facebook - Constituent ID

Based on Noah Cooper's presentation at the Summit last week, I successfully added a cons registration page on my Facebook account (Jewish Council on Urban Affairs). Now I'm trying an opinion survey.

At what point in the process should I get the user login info? I don't see how that could be a hidden field if it's coming from Facebook. If I ask the user to provide an email address in order to receive the results, can that log him/her into Convio?

I'm using a rating scale:

I want to compare one option with another, in other words, I want to say users gave a higher priority to Environment and a lower priority to National Defense.

Is there a way to associate each individual response with an interest category, so I can create a group of people who gave Environment a high priority?
