How to add "Items purchased" to eCommerce product eCard

I am building a site where the client wants to send an eCard after the user has made their purchase(s), and then wants the user to send an eCard that contains the product that the user sent.

Another way to put it is:

I want the store to send an eCard as if the store was fulfilling the eCard, and not the product.

The eCard module does not respond to the S120:help tag

any and all help would be appreciated, and please let me know if you need me to clarify the problem.
