Answers to multiple response questions in downloaded survey report?

In an email survey we sent out, there were several questions that allowed multiple responses (i.e. check boxes). In the survey report I downloaded as a .csv, only one response is reported even if a person ticked multiple check boxes. I know this because in the viewable survey report, it shows that there are users that chose more than one answer for particular questions. How do I get all responses to show up in the .csv file?
