Donation form HTML content

Options

Hi!

In copying our EOY fundraising campaign from last year, I can't figure out how to edit the HTML content at the top of the donation form. It has last year's theme statement there, and I want to change that. Where do I do that on our copied ofrm?

  • Hey Nancy,

Here's a similar post that walks through how to get to that top HTML section on the donation form to edit it: http://community.customer.convio.com/thread/5306

When I click HTML caption, only the Verisign button appears in thw WYSIWYG. Despite the fact that we have multiple elements in our donation form, none of them display on the published form. Only the Verisign symbol is there. Help!

    Nancy,

I was just able to edit your form and the WYSIWYG seems to working just fine. It could be a problem with your browser but I'm able to see it in both IE and Firefox.

As a last resort, try switching the WYSIWYG off and making your edits.

  • Thanks for checking! I had logged back in a little while ago and had no problem, too. That was the weirdest thing. I had no idea what I had done wrong, but it seems to be working fine now.On an other issue, I notice that in Outlook, the words "MHz Networks" appear in the background on our fundraising template. I remember that had happened last year, too. Is that just a feature of Outlook, or is there something to do to fix that?

    Nancy,

Do you mean in your EOY donation autoresponders you are seeing this?  Or, your EOY emails?  Perhaps you could provide a screenshot. What version of Outlook are you using?
