Donation form

Hello:

I copied and updated our EOY donation form, but now it won't display correctly. The correct page will show up for a split second, then be replaced by the Verisign logo only. It is very weird. I did not change anything other than the HTML caption at the top. What could account for this?

I updated the code and it looks like it is working now.

Here's the code to add the Convio Verisign logo with the WYSIWYG turned off:
