Deleting a Donaton Form?

Hi,

We are setting up our Convio Go! Campaign and it contains two forms: a basic form and a tribute form. We will not be using the tribute form. Is there a way to delete it so that it doesn't show up? I see that you can publish vs unpublish, but can we actually remove it?

You can only mark them as Archived. I don't think you can actually delete a donation form.
