Transaction summary not showing all fields in test drive AR

Question:

When I view the autoresponder message sent as a result of the Convio donation form test drive -- the transaction summary does not contain very much information?  Why would this be the case?

Answer:

s-tag is designed in the product to pull in all transaction fields that have a value as a result of the donation.*

The best way to see what a donor will see is to run a live transaction using real payment information and then issue yourself a refund (be careful not to do this too many times on the same card as your card company might give you a call because of “suspicious” behavior on your card).

*note:  while you can't control the exact fields that the transaction summary pulls in, you could manually go in to edit the Autoresponder message and individually list each item from the transaction that you would like to include by adding "Convio Personalization" fields from the transaction section when adding personalizations.  The disadvantage of this method is that you have to manually add each and every item that you want included as opposed to the transaction summary option which automatically includes all information that the donor includes with their donation.
