Classy fundraising platform

Is anyone familiar with or using Classy for their online giving needs?  And, if you are - do you use the OMatic interface for importing purposes?  I'd like to know how you view the product since purchasing it, is it easy to use, build forms, does the OMatic mapping interface live up to your expectations, etc?  Thanks!

  • Hi, we use Classy, as well as Convio, in addition to using Import-o-matic.

Classy is easy to work with as they're very responsive to our needs. I don't handle building the forms but our webmaster says that the forms are easy to build and maintain.

Classy is really easy to import using the import-o-matic tool. The worst part of the import is constantly updating our dictionaries for new appeals but that's the nature of the beast and we'd have that issue with everything.

Both integrate very well, once you have the import profile built correctly in import-o-matic. The reports from Classy have all the information that we need.

Hi Allison, Thanks so much for your reply to my question!  Can you tell me what you use Classy for and what you use Convio for?

We currently have Convio and IOM and I'm curious to find out how you use both CLO and Classy.

    Thanks!
