how to update optout page (email preference)

I'm a new to Luminate and I was setting up emails and was wondering how to update/edit the email preference page? I could not figure out where it is located. The default one has "Section Headers" in black font and dark gray background color which is really had to see.

I think this would be done in the style sheet for your default pagewrapper.
