The American Indian College Fund (College Fund) is a dynamic and team oriented organization whose mission is to support the successes of American Indian students. The College Fund does this by providing financial support and other services to students. The Data Services coordinator is a critical member of the College Fund team and specifically aligned with the direct responsibilities of the Information and Technology Services Team.

The Data Services Coordinator (click here for detailed position description) is responsible for all gift entry, matching gift and acknowledgement letter processing, and supporting the integrity of the donor database. As a front line coordinator for implementing components of the donor database entry and management, this position has a key role in assessing and recommending process improvements.

The Data Services Coordinator is critical to the College Fund’s ability to provide information necessary to appropriately steward donors and manage the organization’s operations. Accurate and timely entry of gift data is critical to fundraising efforts and the appropriate stewardship for gifts received. This position will actively work with team members in finance and resource development to ensure accurate data entry into the donor database and reconciliation with the accounting system.
