U5 and Facebook Meta Tags

Options
I'm trying to find out how to use the U5 tag to inject Facebook OG tags. This ruined thread seems to show Noah Cooper providing the code, but no tags remain in the posts.

Noah Cooper:

You can add meta tags to the head of any page using the U5 tag like so (using the FaceBook Like meta tags as an example):

]

So on a donation form, for example, you could add this in an HTML Caption. On an action alert, you could just drop it into the HTML area of the Take Action page.

Andrew Beyer:

I'm kinda bringng this thread back from the dead, but I was just trying this out, and noticed that the namespace qualified metatags ( "og:...", "fb:..." ) for facebook only seem to work with the ] syntax, and not the ] one. Just an FYI for anyone else trying this.

I tried support, but they had no idea. Nothing in the KB either.

I can get [[u5:title=New Title]] to work, and also the description and keywords examples that still exist in here. But [[U5:author=Brian]] does nothing. And [[U5:og:description=Some Description]] does nothing either.

/ S-Tags getting clobbered every time the platform changes here is a huge problem. A ton of knowledge was thrown away.
