The Clark Art Institute seeks a motivated self-starter with extensive database experience and great problem-solving skills to play a vital role on the Clark’s dynamic Advancement Team. This key individual oversees the Institute’s Raiser's Edge database and assumes direct responsibility for the systems services necessary to support the ambitious fundraising efforts of the Clark.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Processing of donor information and contributions
  • Data retrieval
  • Report customization and analysis
  • Quality assurance
  • The integration of point-of-sale and donor screening software.
  • Provide training to members of the staff on the use of Raiser’s Edge.
 Qualifications of ideal candidate:
  • 3+ years of work experience in database management in not-for-profit sector required – preferably in a museum setting
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • High level analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
