The Manager, Foundation Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, to include: financial reconciliations; planning and execuitng fundraising events; and, managing the stewardship activities and donor communications. They will also support fundraising campaigns/appeals and maintain the Foundation database to support fundraising, program activities and relationship management.



The Manager, Foundation Operations serves as the coordinator for Foundation Board meetings, Foundation commitee meetings, and other Foundation events; such as, the CAP Annual Meeting.



Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate professionally and sensitively with Board members and donors. They must also have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Successful candidates will have good judgment and the ability to think strategically and creatively. In this role you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines.



A Bachelor’s degree is required. Database management with fundraising software experience is preferred.
