Facebook Custom Audiences - Link to Group?

Has anyone been able to figure out a way to dynamically sync a group to a facebook custom audience? I know there are products like Driftrock that can do this but they don't support any Blackbaud products.



I often export groups to build custom Facebook audiences. It would be great to have the lists dynamically update instead of doing lots of manual exports & imports.
