Job Summary: The Gift Processor / Data Entry Clerk serves the organization by ensuring accurate recording of donor information and development activity. Responsible for timely and appropriate support of the development department staff in their ongoing efforts to cultivate and steward meaningful donor relationships and interactions, thereby supporting the mission and vision of the organization.



Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.



Experience: Computer and data entry experience required.



Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in related setting/Development office preferred.



Required Competencies:

• Must be able to type 50 wpm
• Personal computer experience with various software
• Data entry skills with limited errors
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to maintain accuracy
• Organizational skills
