Problem with button: "add data to RE"

Options
Does anyone else have issues using the button "add data to RE"? 



We're not able to click this button for emails sent to over 60,000 recipients.

  • Haven't had this problem, but the most we've ever had for one message is a little over 12k.  I'm hoping you got this resolved by this point...but I would check with OLX Support.  My initial thought is that it's just too many records for the system to handle.  My only workaround suggestion would be to try Exporting from OLX, and then Import to RE:7...



    The Export from OLX gives you email address, name, and action/response, but nothing else.  So what I would do (and I'm happy to set it up for you if you're not familiar with Access) is to export the OLX data to Excel, then export your lists, including email address and ConstID (ImportID wouldn't hurt), from RE to an Access table.  Create a Front End Access database that links to the Excel workbook and also your RE-exported data.  Use Access to link the two based on email address and create an Import file to put the data back to RE using ConstID.  (It's not as difficult as it sounds...and better than not getting anything pushed over at all.)
