Queries for Prospect/Solicitor Reports

I am trying to create a report to update my solicitors on their assigned prospects and actions for an upcoming campaign. Does anyone have a query set up to do that? I'm working with my data base manager but we are having difficulty!

yes - I want a report that shows the prospects assigned to a solicitor

, the last proposal action and the notes for that action. I can't get the query to pull by proposal actions, it only does actions and they are different!
