The Development Office builds and develops relationships with alumni and a range of potential funders to increase external sources of finance and improve engagement with our wider community, across a range of projects focused on the University’s key areas of strength.



We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent data management skills and a flexible approach for this new post which will play a central role in the Development Office and support the processing of all philanthropic donations received by the University.



The post-holder will provide analysis and manipulation of prospect and donor information and will support donor stewardship through efficient gift administration, acknowledgement and reporting. S/he will also take responsibility for financial requisitioning and reporting and provide further administrative support for the team where required.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent data and financial administration skills and an ability to communicate professionally at all levels to develop experience with a small team. Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management databases experience in a fundraising or charity context.
