How to receive more inforamtion from Donation Notification: Large gift?

Hello Community,



I was wondering if there was a way to get more of the Donation Information emailed to you when you receive a large donation notifaction like you would when you receive Survey Information? Currently, I only get Campaign Level, Donation Level, Donation Amount, Donor Name and Donor E-Mail. I am using this campaign and would like the response email to include some extra infomration like What Training are You Attending and Training Date. Please me know if this is possible. Thanks.

There's no way for you to edit what information is included in that notification email, but Blackbaud's Professional Services team can customize the notification on your behalf. If you're interested in an estimate on that kind of project, I'd reach out to your Client Success Manager and they can get it scoped out for you.
