Is there a script or out-of-the-box feature in Luminate Online (other than building query) that looks for records not assigned with legislative data? I'm looking for a dynamic way of suppressing folks for email commuication to legislators.

I'm not aware of one. Here's the query I use to build a group, which I then use as a "Do Not Email" group for alerts targeting U.S. Representatives.



Address Country is not blank

AND (Address Country is not equal to United States

AND Address Country is not equal to US)

OR Any Address State / Province equals None

OR (a member of 'New Brunswick residents' group

OR a member of 'Nunavet Residents' group

OR [continue with all Canadian provinces/territories])



When we're targeting the Senate, I also suppress people who live in DC and the four territories (using either a query or just the built in state resident groups).



You could create a simple query looking at whether the congressional district field is blank, but then you'd be losing people who may be eligible to take action but don't have a full address on file yet.
