The Director of Gifts and Records Management is directly responsible for the management of the Gifts and Records Management (GRM) team. The Director serves as a member of the Advancement Services leadership team and shares responsibility for overall strategy and budget decision-making. Additionally, this position is responsible for guiding cross-functional development projects from inception to completion. Position Responsibilities  - Oversee the gift management and data integrity functions in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations.  - Ensure compliance with university, foundation, and IRS regulations and policies.  - Coordinate services for the university’s affiliated foundation audits, as well as university audits.  - Lead and manage five functional areas including: Transaction Processing and Compliance, Data Integrity, and Stewardship Operations.  - Work in collaboration with the Advancement Services leadership team to execute the strategic plan for the department, including human resource management, identification of automation opportunities, development of the constituent record management system, online marketing and giving applications, and budget allocation.  - Serve as an integral member of the RADAR implementation team, assisting with the further integration and development of VCU’s new CRM database (Blackbaud CRM) - Work with university colleagues outside the division to develop processes for data exchange to increase efficiency of fundraising programs.  - Supervise the RADAR Data Integrity Committee to ensure biographical projects are completed with high quality and within deadline   How to Apply / Contact To apply for this position please go to the VCU Ejobs link at https://www.vcujobs.com/postings/47376 If you have any questions, contact Lauren Shiver (lashiver@vcu.edu) or Blake MacIver (maciverbc@vcu.edu)
