Online donation

A donor typed in "special" as the fund for his gift, and we have no such fund.  I created the fund temporarily, but when I tried to link it using F7, it would not accept or link the gift.  Is there a way around this?.  How do I correct this problem?   Thanks

I would contact Blackbaud Support about this particular gift.  Then I would go into your donation pages and uncheck the box under the Get Started tab that says, "Allow other funds" to prevent this from happening again.  Unless you need that option, and Support can walk you through how to deal with these situations.
