Raiser's Edge Actions on Mobile App

When my boss uses the mobile app to enter actions, after clicking on Save, it exits the program.  She's using an iPhone 6S.  Anyone else having this issue?

  • Yes!  I just asked our Philanthropy Officer to try this on his new iPhone 6 and that is exactly what happened!  Thank you for the heads up!  I hope there is a fix for this...
  • We have a different issue and it is on all our phones regardless of type - iPhone and Androids. We can't create actions at all from the app. Anyone else having that issue?

  • We had the same issue the other day... we were unable to create the action category using the Mobile App on an IPAD - it came up blank.  Next day, we were able to choose the category:  mail, email, meeting, etc..  I don't know if it's a problem often - but it must be a bug in the RE Mobile app.
  • It also gets a little wierd when trying to select the category and hangs.  It seems to save her action but having to log back in after entering each action is not making her a happy boss.
  • I am trying to move our managers from entering notes to actions.  But what problems will I see in this?
