Options
Develops and maintains a solid understanding of MGH Development Systems and helps to define user needs and systems issues. Serves as primary software support contact for internal users for all issues related to the MGH fundraising information systems. Responsible for all day to day report and mail-file requests. Helps to catalog and prioritize staff requests. Effectively troubleshoots and resolves issues when appropriate. Submits support tickets with Partners IS and Partners Development IS for systems needs and requests as necessary. Supports the list production process for mailings, event invitations and prospecting lists for the Development Office. Facilitates the creation and maintenance of email distribution lists in The Raisers Edge and third party software. Follows established procedures to ensure the integrity of the MGH donor database including gift and biographical information. Serves as database administrator for tasks including the upload and editing of high volume data. Assists with the installation of The Raisers Edge software and coordinates the installation of other related computer software for Development staff. 2-4 related experience preferred. BA/BS degree required (BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred).
