Year-To-Date on Receipting

We have been new to receipting in BB the over the last month and we have been doing receipts great but realized we have been missing our Year-To-Date that we would normally have had on our receipts....Any ideas how to possibly get this back on our receipts?

Are you doing your receipts thru the Mail function?  When you say "get it back" did you lose it because you changed your receipt process or changed your receipt document?   In either of the options for receipt type and for donor acknowledgement letters there's a field of YTD amount that you just need to select to include and then put the field into your receipt document. (Field list is alpha of RE fields and then lists gift attributes so YTD may not be at end of list.) It should pull in the receipt amount based on the criteria you select on the pop up you get when you select the field for your receipts.  



If you're running your receipts from Export function, I don't think the YTD field is available. 



Am I missing something that makes your question more complicated than I think?

Yes, we run it in Mail, but we are exporting it to excel.  Thanks for the help.
