ADDING MIDDLE NAME & SUFFIX

Any chance two additional fields (middle name & suffix) can get added to the OLX donation form? Our organization has several families with separate records but the same first and last names and rarely same address. The only way to differentiate would be through suffix.

Unfortunately, you can not currently add those fields.



You could ask with an Attribute.  It would be a Gift Attribute, which you can reference and then delete...although I am not certain if you can view these fields before downloading the transaction from OLX to RE, in which case, you would want to create a dummy record in RE, put the gift there, and then move it using Merge Constituents > Gifts once you determine which constituent it actually is.



Under the Fine Tuning tab, you can edit the fields, so under Name you could ask that they include suffix when applicable...but be careful how long the label text is (check to be sure it is legible/looks right on your website and also on mobile devices).



You can also add this as a suggestion in the Idea Bank.
