Responsibilities:

The Gladstone Institutes has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding data professional who wishes to join our fundraising team as a Database Coordinator.

Serving as a key member of the Philanthropy team, the Database Coordinator will maintain the Gladstone philanthropy database (Blackbaud’s The Raiser’s Edge), coordinate gift processing, generate reports, and schedule email blasts. The incumbent will coordinate data for the purposes of stewardship, solicitations, mailings, email blasts, and more.  They will ensure the accurate capture of all relevant data by the most effective and efficient means possible.

 

Qualifications:

The Database Coordinator will be an exceptionally detailed professional with an aptitude for maintaining constituent relationship management systems, preferably in a fundraising environment. Experience with The Raiser’s Edge is preferred. Experience in gift processing and knowledge of data entry standards, queries, exports, imports, and mail merges are highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree, or relevant training, and 2 years of database or fundraising support experience required.
