Changing event details

We had to change the time of an event and it's not reflecting in the front-end of the event registration, even though I have confirmed it is correct in the Raiser's Edge event module.

H Simone, Michele at Blackbaud. Is this still happening? I wonder if you need to go into the actual event form in Online Express and just open it so the changes are updated. My other thought is you might have to add the event again to the actual for in Online Express. Let us know if you are still trying to work this out. Thank you!

Because it was entered incorrectly.

Hi Michele, yes, we are still experiencing this issue. I will try to remove the event from the form and re-add it to see if that works. Instead of entirely creating a new form.
