Importing/Coding Invitees in Event Module

Hi - have searched Knowledgebase, Communities and Event Management Data Entry Guide and did not see anything related to this.



Is there a way to code and track who is invited to events?  We are having a leadership donors event and want to know who was invited, potentially even limiting registrants to the invitation list.  Is there a way to do that in the event module?

This information is stored on the participants tab of an event. You can add people individually, or through global add with an individual or organization query (constituent doesn't work). Globally add registrants for events. Then you can pull invitees based on the event through a constituent or participation query, or use canned event reports.
