why are legitimate emails hard bouncing?

I just ran a hard bounce report using a query and came back with 5,022 records! Upon quick review of the list I noticed several legitimate email addresses were the list, including my own personal Yahoo email address. I don't understand why these legitimate email addresses of people who have opted-in are being kicked back. Can someone offer some insight?



Also, what options are there to "restore" these potentially good email addresses?

I would definitely open a ticket regarding why.



As far as the restore issue, I would try to change that setting with a custom cons import. Support might even correct them for you as part of the ticket.
